N oEquivalent Art prints are made by Fine Art Impressions , one of the most renowned fine art printmakers in the world, using the best art printmaking technique , and only from the highest quality fabrics and pigment inks. The result is a collector quality artwork that may one day be admissible into a museum; as many of our printmaker's prints already have been. The art won't show any fading for over 100 years and can be passed down through generations. Buying NoEquivalent Art is as much an investment as it is for today's enjoyment.
Made of either fine art cotton paper or canvas you will immediately feel the high quality in NoEquivalent Art.
Paper based art from NoEquivalent is made from 100% cotton, Hahnemuehle fine art paper and is your best choice when the artwork is to be framed. The two fine art papers we use are the textured German Etching Board 310gsm and smooth Photo Rag Bright White 310gsm . Every paper print is given a 1" margin on each side to allow for museum style, reversible framing.
Canvas is a woven fabric that is a favorite medium for paintings where the artwork is stretched onto wooden bars and often hung frameless. NoEquivalent only uses top of the line, German, cotton canvas and all prints are put on either the textured Monet 410gsm or smooth Premier Sunset Select 350gsm Semi-Gloss fine art canvas. Every canvas print is given a high performance liquid laminate and a UV-resistant coating that provides water-resistance and enhanced surface protection. Finally, each canvas print is given a 2" margin on every side to allow for mounting on 1.25" wooden bars.
At the buyer's option, NoEquivalent Art can be mounted in a frame or onto canvas bars. Our mounting does not damage the artwork and is 100% reversible. We have settled on the following two, most popular, styles of mounting: (custom requests can be accommodated by contacting us )
NoEquivalent uses the Hahnemuehle certificate of authenticity and hologram system as a powerful tool to protect the security and genuineness of your NoEquivalent Artwork and to reduce the risk of forgery.
Each certificate is made of premium deckle edged mould made paper with a Hahnemuehle watermark and fluorescent security fibers. A serialized numbered hologram is added to the certificate and a second, identically numbered hologram is then applied to the reverse side of the artwork.
Any later attempt to remove this hologram will destroy the serial number and leave a tell-tale mark on the back of the print. The combination of certificate and hologram assures that each certificate relates to just one particular piece of art. Keep these certificates in a safe place as they are very valuable.
